We will not hold keys unless agreed in writing and replacement keys/locksmith fees are only paid if keys have been lost by our Dollies with a limited liability of £45.00
If you do wish us to hold a key they will be kept in a locked safe. They keys are only given to your Dollies on the day of the clean and they are returned after the clean. If you prefer you can leave a key with a neighbour or you can be at home while The Dollies work their magic.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment? The Dollies will arrive with all the products and equipment needed to clean your home. We at all times endeavour to use non-toxic cleaning products which will leave your home smelling beautiful and fresh. If you wish to provide an alternative product that is at your discretion however, due to health and safety regulations bleach is a banned product.
How much does it cost? Each quotation free of charge, individual and compiled to meet your requirements.
Minimum charges Regular cleans £36 per visit
Spring / One off cleans £150.00 per visit

Payment is due on completion of the agreed services and we will request your payment method when you employ our services which will include credit/debit card details in order for the payment?
To be taken upon completion of the works. A 1% service charge will be applied to all credit card payments. We also accept standing order payments for regular contracts.
What if I need to cancel
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment we require at least 48 hours notice to ensure no cancellation charge will be levied. Please note we reserve the right to levy a 50% charge of the contracted fees if notice is given less than 48 hours before the appointed date of the visit. Any exceptions to this condition are absolutely at the sole discretion of the Company.
Can I trust The Dollies in my home
All our Dollies are fully vetted and regularly appraised.
Are you insured for damage to my home or property?
The Dollies have Public Liability Insurance in place to give you protection. We would refer you to our terms and conditions in this regard. Please note any claim must be reported on completion or within 24 hours of the cleaning works being carried out.
What if I am unhappy with your service?
If you are not satisfied with our service we ask that you highlight this to us within 24 hours of the agreed services being carried out and we will re-clean any areas on the basis of reasonable grounds.
